Joy has lived in the Laurel area for over 30 years. She teaches harp and piano, directs Expressions of Joy Harp Ensemble, has published over 30 pieces of harp music, and is the current choral director of Centenary U.M Church.
Joy's passion is serving the Lord through the talent He has given her, and blessing others through her music ministry.
